1 Vision solar installed a 29.40KWP 104 panel solar PV array on JW Bowketts new office block. Thanks to our dedicated MCS credited solar installers who covered 179sqm of roof, For the mounting system on this job we used a non-penetrating ballasted system from Van Der Valk solar systems in the Netherlands. Our installers worked hard on this to install this 104 panel system, commission and handover the completed system in a respectable 5 day timeframe.
We used our specialist flat roof mounting system from Van Der Valk, This system has the 10° slope to allow for a better angle for the solar panels to maximise their efficiency.
When we design our systems we use a software called PVSol, This system is extremely useful because once you have imput the amount of panels, optimisers, optimisers and the orientation of the system it will tell you the installed power, Max achieved DC power, DC/AC oversizing, Max active AC power and Annual energy output. PVSol will also tell you the mounthly estimated generation, the system loss diagram and the bill of materials (BOM)
