This stunning aprtment complex can be securely accessed from the communal enterance from the car park at ground level or at entry level which takes you straight to the first floor. 

As you step inside the apartment you enter a enterance hallway where the video entry system is located and a cupboard which also houses the hot water cylinder. The combined living area is sylish and contemporary with sliding patio doors and stepping on to a decked balcony with ample room for a table and chairs, plants etc. The kitchen is well equpped with integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and built in electric cooker and hob with extractor. There is also under cupboard lighting which makes the a very cosy area.
